During December 2017, detailed documentation was undertaken by ACHCO of the congregational mosque, Masjid Jame, in Herat with financial support from the US Embassy, Kabul. This survey was a response to deterioration of parts of the masonry fabric of the historic mosque due to leakage from the roof. The complete documentation was presented to the Ministry of Information & Culture on completion of the survey.
